• You use all outputs at your own risk.

7. Data & Content
You retain ownership of your input data but grant Charlie AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use the data:

• For the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service;
• To train and enhance our artificial intelligence models, ensuring better future performance and user experience.

No Sensitive Data
You agree not to submit, store, or process the following types of sensitive data when using the Service:

• Personal health information (PHI) protected by HIPAA;
• Payment card or banking information;
• Social Security numbers or government-issued identification numbers;
• Confidential business trade secrets or proprietary data;
• Information related to children under 13.

Charlie AI is not designed or intended to handle or secure sensitive or regulated information.

8. Suspension & Termination

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHARLIE AI, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Charlie AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Arbitration & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to participate in a class action.
