100% Club Frequently Asked Questions

What is the 100% Club?
The 100% Club is an opportunity for agents to make 100% of the commission, spiffs, and monthly recurring revenue paid to Clarus in exchange for a $1000 monthly subscription fee.

What is the roadmap to 100%?
When the agent’s commissionable monthly revenue exceeds $35,000, you will have the choice to move to the 100% plan with monthly subscription fee. To qualify for 100% commission, the agent must have at least $35,000 in commissionable monthly revenue with Clarus. Initially the agent will be paid 70% of the commission paid to Clarus. At $10,000 commissionable monthly revenue, the plan increases to 85% on your entire base.

Why should an agent participate in this program?
Money! Once the startup threshold has been met, the total compensation becomes the agent’s. At that point, "the next sale matters" because of 100% commission.

Why $35,000 to start?
Clarus has determined that $35,000 commissionable monthly revenue proportionately equals the point at which the Clarus portion of commission would exceed $1000 (the subscription fee) and shows the commitment required to be in the program.

Is there an option to start on the plan day one?
To begin immediately requires an annual pre-payment of the subscription fee.

Are there any other early start options?
When total Clarus commissions for the agent’s accounts reaches $1000, the agent can elect to begin paying the monthly subscription fee. The fee will be deducted, then remaining commissions will be paid to the agent.

What about SPIFFS?
SPIFFs will be paid at 100% as well.

What happens if the agent loses customers, and their commission falls below the subscription fee cost?
If monthly earned commissions falls below the subscription fee for three consecutive months, the agreement will automatically adjust to compensate the agent 50% of the commission paid to Clarus.

Do I have access to TDM/Clarus resources for sales assistance?
The program is set up to utilize the Clarus systems, contracts, and channel managers. If TDM/Clarus resources are needed to work and close a sale, then compensation for that customer may be at 85%. Additionally, there is a co-selling program if needed.

Are there discounts available off the $1000 monthly subscription fee?
April 2023 marks TDM’s 24th anniversary being in business. Mention the promo code Happy24th by May 4th and receive a 24% ($240) discount. This promotion ends May 4, 2023. 2023 also marks the 10th anniversary of the 100% program at TDM. Mention the promo code Happy10th and receive a 10% ($100) discount. This promotion ends May 31, 2023. Mention both and the discounts will be stacked! We take off 10% of the 24% so the total is $684 instead of $660! These discounts will stay in effect over the course of time in the 100% club as long as the subscription fee threshold is met.

Who is Clarus and how do I insure I will be paid my commission?
TDM/Clarus has been in the channel for 24 years. We have consistently paid our sellers on time, every month we have been in business. Rather than take our word for it, view the testimony videos of agents who have experienced the Clarus difference.

Can an existing agent convert to the 100% plan?
Yes, for new sales. All existing sales are frozen at their existing commission percentage. If the existing sales commissions reaches the 100% club subscription fee, the agent can then choose to receive 100% commission, minus the fee.
