Click “Submit” when complete and our quote team will determine the next step and if appropriate, will submit it with the requested Supplier. If we have more questions, someone from the team will reach out. You will receive a copy in your inbox of the form for future reference. Once we receive the quote information back from the Supplier, we will forward it to you.
*Any attachments included with this request should be saved in a folder in the Proposals In Progress folder. (Each customer should have their own folder. If there are multiple projects for a customer, each project should have its own sub-folder.)
*Please note which folder the documents for each request are housed in (Proposals In Progress/Customer Name/Secure Desktop).
